HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Aimed at providing free high quality tertiary education to the financially less privileged but exceptionally talented Novo Ecijano youths, the Eduardo L. Joson Memorial College (ELJMC) came into being on January 24, 2005 by vitue of Nueva Ecija Provincial Board Resolution No. 34-5-2005.

ELJMC was established in honor of the Great Patriarch Eduardo L. Joson who served as governor of Nueva Ecija for more than 30 years since 1960. His ideals and commitment to the youth and to the development of the entire province have inspired the continuing program on human resource  development; thus the birth of this pioneering institution geared towards Excellence, Leadership, and Justice. All these are envisioned to lead to the overall progress and honor of the province.

As a community college, ELJMC is being operated and manage by the Nueva Ecija provincial Government with the able leadership of Hon. Tomas N. Joson III, chairman of the Board of Trustees and Provincial Governor of Nueva Ecija likewise, a highly skilled and dynamic leader, and also a dedicated public servant, Dr. Romeo L. Saplaco was installed as the Colleges first President.

Talk between friends is always therapy. 

Talk is at the very heart of friendships, the core of the way friends connect. It's the given, the absolute assumption of friendship.... In the flow of conversation, back and forth, friends hear each other out, take each other seriously, care and feel cared for. When a friend calls with a serious problem while you're cooking dinner, the pots goes on the back burner. When something happens at school or home that you can't quite, exactly, figure out, you take all that raw undigested feeling to a safe place -a friend- and come away clearer.

Intimacies between friends often go backwards, beginning in revelations and ending in small talk.

Few comforts are more alluring for a friends than the rich, intimate territory of friends talk. A friend will say, " You are not alone. I have felt that way too. This is what happened to me". Home, in other words.

• It is easy for you to forgive a person who has hurt your feelings, and be friends with him/ her again.
• When your friends are in trouble, they come to you for help or advice or simply talk to you about what they are going through.
• Your lifestyle and your words encourage your friends to stay away from activities and habits that will bring them down.
• When a friend does something embarrassing, you may laugh with them about it, but you'll never make fun of them.

I'm a serious person. My friends says that I'm kind and quiet person.

She is a quiet person, she think of what she is saying, and think before she speak. One thing that is nice to her is being plain simple always.

She is cheerful ( full of joy or cheer), she always happy and always wear a smile when I see her.

CHRISTINA
(Reliable )
She is reliable to us. She can be trusted even though she is talkative. When I tell her a secret, it will remain a secret.

CRISTINA
( Transparent and good listener )
She is transparent, her motives are very easily read by her actions. She want all to see that she have nothing to hide. But one thing I like to her is being a good listener. When we have a problems, she listen to us and give an advice, and she do whatever she can do to help us.

FLORENCE

She is a person that is no longer young- minded when it comes to life.

( Moody and sweet )
She is moody, her moods change like a weather. We never know how she are going to be from one day to the next. But one thing I like to her is being a sweet6 person, who is willing to help and keep doing nice things for other people.

She is talkative, she say all she know and all she want to say, and she's also beautiful inside and out, being nice to us is a thing that I like to her.

She is sensitive to others feeling. She is affected by the actions and saying of others. But there's a thing I like to her, it's doing caring things, and treat us w/ kindness and generosity.

She is joker, she has many corniest jokes and craziest ideas that make us laugh.

 He is emotional, he cry and moods change frequently. But one thing I like to him is being strong, one though afraid, but knows that doing what he must do is for the better good for himself and those around him. He does what must be done, and he knows the importance of family and friends.

Love for my friends is not how much I love my friends from the beginning but how much the love we build till the end.

Hello, everyone!! I'm GELLAINE RAFAL. I want to share some information about 'friendship' and the importance of  'friends' in our life.

"FRIENDSHIP" 

  

FRIEND stands for:

  F- ield of love

  R- oot of joy

  I - sland of care

  E- nd of sorrow

  N- ame of hope

  D- oor of understanding

Friendship is the sweetest form of  love, ready to give, share, and understand. It is not choosing the right person, but creating the right relationship. It never fades and never ends and it remind us that life is not perfect without friends.

 

Friend is one of the nicest thing we can have. They are the one who makes us happy when we are sad. Sometimes in life there's a lot of difficulties we have...trials, problems, but we don't just give up by those things. Why? because there's a people who cheer for us. One of them is our friends who give a good advice saying: You can! The fight is still going. It's not end! They understand and accept just the way you are. They puts you up with worst mood, laughs to a corniest jokes, and supports to your craziest ideas. God give 'FRIENDS' to us because He want us to be happy.
